Produced by the Charmat method as well, this wine has a beautiful cherry color, as well as a fresh and fruity taste.
The grapes used come from native vines of pink Moscato. It is characterized by an intense fruity aroma, in which forest strawberries and cherries prevail, but at the same time, one can see strong blends of floral aromas in which the petals of red rose and orange flowers prevail.
The taste is ample, delicately fresh and soft, as well as pleasantly mineral.
It is a perfect aperitif but can also be paired with duck with orange, pineapple chicken or small dessert pastries (chocolate cream, fortified fruit or ice cream).
