It is a dark ruby red wine, obtained from a long maceration and seasoned in oak barrels of different sizes. It has a strong and rich body with aromas of ripe black cherry, raspberry, wild strawberry with beautiful aromatic notes. It got its harmonious taste from pleasant tannins, which give this wine a long finish.
Our advice is to combine it with appetizers, as well as with meat ragout, pork roasts, grilled meat, fillets, game and chocolate desserts.
