The Senator is a sparkling wine produced by the Charmat method, which combines the freshness and fruityness of Malvasia with the structure and nobleness of sparkling wines. The meaty notes of peach, apricot and apples nicely complement the medium body.
It is an excellent aperitiv, however, it pairs well with fish carpaccio, large fried or grilled fish and risotto with cheese or seafood.
